bids invited for procurement of plant and machinery under single stage one envelope procedure as per ppra rules 2014 amended bids must be submitted electronically through epads by 07-05-2026 at 09:00 am technical bids opening at 09:30 am and financial bids at 02:00 pm same day original bid security must be submitted before deadline incomplete or non compliant bids will be rejected all procurement subject to availability of funds and ppra rules
