Procurement of food hampers under framework contract for FY 2026 2027 including supply of 10000 food hampers at estimated cost per hamper Rs 5965 with total estimated cost Rs 59650000 and bid security Rs 1193000 at 2 percent - delivery requirement up to 2000 food hampers per day on need basis - procurement through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Punjab Revenue Authority and Professional Tax and listed on Active Taxpayers List of FBR - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 18 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened same day at 11:30 AM - bid security in form of CDR DD or bankers cheque in favor of Director General PDMA must be submitted in hard copy before deadline - samples of all items must be submitted before closing date - taxes applicable as per government rules Pro Tip Submit required samples and original bid security before deadline to ensure responsiveness
