Beautification and development of front side of Main Bazar GT Road Sohawa under Joint Authority with estimated cost Rs 81.140 million and bid security Rs 4057000 - bidding through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage single envelope procedure - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 19 May 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened same day at 01:30 PM in presence of bidders or representatives - bidders must upload scanned copy of bid security and submit original CDR or pay order before deadline otherwise bid will be rejected - additional performance security required if bid rates fall below specified percentage thresholds as per Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017 - bids must be item wise clearly filled and complete with required documents and no reuse of same CDR allowed for multiple bids - eligibility requires contractors registered on EPADS for year 2025 26 and compliance with procurement rules Pro Tip Ensure submission of original bid security and accurate item wise rates to avoid rejection
