e-Bids invited under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from well reputed and financially sound firms having relevant experience and registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments for procurement of machinery including Air Conditioners Water Dispensers Small Fridge and Ovens for financial year 2025 2026 till 30 06 2026 - estimated cost Rs 9500000 - bid security Rs 475000 at rate of 5 percent of estimated cost required in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee or Pay Order - procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 18 05 2026 at 11 00 AM and will be opened on same day at 11 30 AM - original bid security and stamp paper must be submitted at least one day before closing date otherwise bid will be disqualified - successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of contract value - all rates must be inclusive of GST PST and valid till 30 06 2026 - delivery timeline as per purchase order - authority reserves right to reject all bids as per rules
