E-bids invited by Deputy Inspector General of Police Investigation Lahore for repair and maintenance of the building of Deputy Inspector General of Police Investigation Lahore with estimated amount 40.00 million under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through open competitive bidding for financial year 2025-26 - procurement will be conducted electronically through EPADS under Rule 12 of PPRA and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022 - bidding documents available free of cost on PPRA website and EPADS as per Rule 25 - single stage one envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) where lot wise e-bids shall comprise single package containing technical and financial inclusive of all taxes in conformity with bidding documents - e-bids must be submitted till 14-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives under Rule 30(1) - bidders must submit original bid security equal to 3% of estimated cost in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of DIG Investigation Lahore before submission deadline - successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee 5% of contract value under Rule 56 which will be refunded after completion - technical samples brochures mandatory for evaluation - late bids will not be accepted and procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject all bids under PPRA rules
