Implementation Of Case Management And Crm System Tender Notice
Description
Provision, deployment and implementation of integrated fully automated Case Management System with comprehensive Customer Relationship Management module including workflow automation, customer interaction management, real-time monitoring, reporting and seamless data integration within unified platform for National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency Lahore Zone. Lifetime software license fee under Code Head A09204 must be included in quotation. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors, suppliers, dealers, firms and companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and active taxpayers with FBR may participate. Tender documents are available against non-refundable fee of Rs.8000. Earnest money amounting to 5% of total bid value in shape of pay order is mandatory. Licensed system must be completed within two weeks after signing of contract. Procuring authority may modify scope or modules according to operational requirements and funds availability.
