Sealed tenders invited by Office of the Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Sargodha for supply of stationery computer stationery other items uniform machinery items and IT equipment including paper notebooks registers pens envelopes files computer paper tissue air freshener broom phenyl uniforms air conditioners water dispensers UPS webcam etc with estimated costs Rs 2400000 Rs 1050000 Rs 500000 Rs 1568000 Rs 2000000 and Rs 200000 respectively - procurement under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure Rule 38(2)(a) - bids must include technical and financial proposals and call deposit receipt 5% of estimated cost attached with technical bid - bids must be submitted through EPADS and reach office by 18-05-2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:30 AM same day - each lot bid must be separate and include all taxes freight and delivery charges - affidavit required confirming firm is not blacklisted - incomplete or late bids will be rejected and authority may enhance reduce or cancel tender
