Plantation And Beautification Of Urban Roads Tender Notice
Description
Plantation and beautification works for Katchery Bazar and City Road Sargodha under ADP program through EPADS Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure on item rate basis. Registered contractors and firms holding valid PEC license for year 2025-26 are eligible to participate. Bidders must upload earnest money in shape of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favor of DG PHA Sargodha and submit original CDR two hours before bid opening otherwise bids shall be rejected as non responsive. Item wise quoted rates are mandatory and incomplete or unfilled bids shall not be entertained. Additional performance guarantee shall be submitted as per PPRA Rules and contractor shall remain responsible for one month operation and maintenance after completion at no extra cost. Technical and financial bids shall be opened in presence of Tender Opening Committee. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Landscaping and horticulture contractors experienced in urban beautification and plantation projects should participate with valid PEC registration and complete EPADS documentation.
