E-bids invited by Directorate General of Commodities for procurement of Plant and Machinery through single stage one envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidding documents available on PPRA website - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS no hardcopy accepted - proposals must be uploaded on or before 07-05-2026 at 09:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 09:30 AM financial bids will be opened at 02:00 PM after evaluation - bid security must be uploaded and original submitted at Directorate General of Commodities 135-J Model Town Lahore before deadline - all documents must be properly numbered signed stamped otherwise rejected - procurement subject to availability of funds dual offers not allowed and PPRA Rules 2014 shall prevail in case of conflict
