Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure for providing and replacement of existing LED lights with upgraded new LED lights at VVIP Route Islamabad Highway from Sohan to Gulberg Bridge including interchanges with estimated cost Rs 92,148,371 and bid security Rs 2,764,450 - bidders must have PEC Category C-4 with codes EE-04 and EE-06 and electrical license Islamabad along with NTN and GST registration - bids must be submitted online before 18-05-2026 at 11:30 AM and opened same day at 12:00 PM at CDA Secretariat - bid security must be uploaded and original submitted before deadline - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2004 and e-Procurement Regulations 2023
