Procure LED street lights including supply delivery and installation for industrial estate infrastructure improvement - bidding conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 on single stage one envelope basis through EPADS - bidders must be registered with FBR and active taxpayers and submit complete signed stamped bids online - bid security required in acceptable financial instruments and must be submitted before opening - incomplete or late bids will not be considered - bids will be opened shortly after submission deadline Pro Tip Ensure bid security submission in correct format and timely upload on EPADS to avoid rejection
