Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab invites prequalification proposals through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2014 amended for engineering procurement and construction of Model Fish Market steel framed building at Lahore Package B - scope includes design procurement supply installation testing and commissioning of steel framed building and infrastructure works including civil architectural plumbing electrical mechanical fire fighting and external development works with deployment of material labor tools and machinery - estimated cost approximately PKR 2,433 million with covered area approximately 159403 square feet - required PEC category C-B or above for lead member and C-3 or above for JV member - proposals must be submitted online through EPADS on or before 20-05-2026 at 03:00 PM and will be opened same day at 03:30 PM - manual proposals not accepted and procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014
