Counter Terrorism Department Punjab invites electronic bids through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS for procurement of plant and machinery items on framework contract basis under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 single stage two envelope procedure - lot 1 Thermal Imaging Camera Solution turnkey estimated cost PKR 34,000,000 bid security 3 percent - lot 2 CCTV Cameras estimated cost PKR 4,455,000 bid security PKR 133,650 - total estimated amount PKR 38,455,000 - bidders must submit separate e-bids for each lot along with technical samples of cameras as specified in bidding documents - scanned bid security must be uploaded and original bid security instrument submitted before closing time at office of SSP Admin CTD Headquarters opposite Jallo Park Lahore - bids must be submitted online through EPADS portal https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 14-05-2026 till 11:30 AM and will be opened same day at 12:00 PM in presence of bidders or their representatives - incomplete non responsive unsigned or late bids will be rejected - performance guarantee 10 percent of contract value required upon award as per PPRA Rules 2014 - procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 35
