Security Surveillance Services And Cctv Equipment Procuremen Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of security surveillance services including supply installation operation and maintenance of CCTV cameras allied security equipment transport vehicles and event management support services for Muharram-ul-Haram 2026 in all Tehsils of District Kot Addu through single stage two envelope open competitive bidding procedure. Procurement includes hiring of CCTV installation services hiring of transport vehicles event management and security support services purchase of event management support items and accessories for CCTV cameras. Eligible firms companies sole proprietors and suppliers registered with E-PADS and relevant tax authorities may participate. Original bid security equal to 5% of estimated procurement price in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order from scheduled bank must be submitted physically before opening time and scanned copy uploaded on E-PADS. Bid validity period shall remain 120 days. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Submit both scanned and original bid security documents before deadline because late or incomplete security submissions will not be accepted.
