Security Surveillance And Transport Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of goods and hiring of services for provision of security surveillance services including supply installation operation and maintenance of CCTV cameras allied security equipment event management support services and transport arrangements for Muharram-ul-Haram 2026 in all tehsils of District Kot Addu. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope open competitive bidding procedure through E-PADS. Original bid security amounting to 5% of estimated procurement value in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order from scheduled bank must be submitted before opening time. Bids uploaded through E-PADS shall be opened in presence of bidder representatives. Bid validity shall remain for 120 days and taxes shall apply under government rules. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Security service providers and surveillance equipment suppliers should ensure valid NTN sales tax registration and complete E-PADS submission for responsive participation.
