Sealed e bids invited under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through EPADS on package lot wise basis for supply of goods including fresh ration items beef green and dry fodder chicken fish and medicines under framework contract for FY 2026-27 - estimated total cost 180.654 million PKR with 5 percent bid security required in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order - single stage two envelope procedure will be applied and bidders must be registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities including income tax sales tax and Punjab sales tax - electronic bids must be submitted by 18-05-2026 at 01:00 PM and will be opened at 01:30 PM same day - bidding documents available free of cost on PPRA website and bid validity is 120 days after opening - procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules
