Description
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge invites e-bids through e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) from well-reputed, financially sound having previous experience in the relevant field and eligible Companies, Firms, and Individuals duly registered with e-PADS under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), having active status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and General Sales Tax, for the procurement of the following I.T. Equipment and Machinery. Lot I.T Equipment Desktop Computer quantity 15 Estimated Price 3,375,000 Bid Security @3% 101,250. Machinery Photocopier quantity 01 Estimated Price 3,000,000 Bid Security @3% 90,000. The bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk , e-PADS https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and procuring agency website www.okara.dc.lhc.gov.pk . Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014. All bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS on or before 18-05-2026 up to 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days. Bid Security in form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted in favour of District & Sessions Judge. Original Bid Security must be submitted before deadline. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Successful bidder shall furnish Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract value. Procuring agency reserves right to reject bids under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
