Description
The tenders for the following schemes are invited from Engineering Firms Contractors on item rates basis as per PPRA E-Tendering System in line with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended. Contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant category and must be registered on EPADS. Bidders are required to upload scanned copy of Call Deposit Receipt CDR at 5% of estimated cost and submit original before opening time otherwise bid will be rejected. Performance security of 10% of contract amount shall be provided by successful bidder under PPRA Rules 2014 Chapter VIII. Works include establishment of enforcement stations Phase II at Tehsil and District Mandi Bahauddin estimated cost 98.786 million PKR earnest money 4939300 PKR TS No 847 dated 26.03.2026 completion date 30.06.2027. Establishment of enforcement stations Phase II at Tehsil Phalia District Mandi Bahauddin estimated cost 103.987 million PKR earnest money 5199350 PKR TS No 848 dated 26.03.2026 completion date 30.06.2027. Establishment of enforcement stations Phase II at Tehsil Malakwal District Mandi Bahauddin estimated cost 113.469 million PKR earnest money 5673450 PKR TS No 846 dated 26.03.2026 completion date 30.06.2027. Construction of cardiac center and provision of express line estimated cost 388.388 million PKR earnest money 19419405 PKR TS No 934 dated 06.04.2026 completion date 30.06.2027. Bids will be opened on 19.05.2026 at 12:30 PM after submission at 12:00 PM.
