Procure plant and machinery items and IT equipment items including all specified components under two lots with estimated amounts and bid securities as provided - procurement to be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must submit complete technical and financial bids duly signed stamped and compliant through EPADS electronic system - bids must be uploaded before deadline and responsibility of submission lies with bidder - incomplete late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered - bidders must provide income and sales tax registration and all required documents - bid opening will occur shortly after submission deadline as per schedule Pro Tip Ensure early submission on EPADS to avoid last minute technical issues and maintain compliance with all documentation requirements
