Drugs Medicines Framework Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure drugs and medicines under framework contract including bulk purchase of pharmaceutical items as per detailed list in bidding documents - bidding conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Procurement Regulations 2024 - bidders must be manufacturers sole agents or importers registered with tax authorities and submit electronic bids - bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost required in acceptable financial instruments with original submission before opening - bids must include both technical and financial proposals with brand and generic names and remain valid for specified period - incomplete or corrupt submissions will be rejected Pro Tip Ensure proper lot wise submission with complete documentation and timely upload to avoid disqualification
