Purchase and supplying of safety equipment and accessories including all required items as per DNIT and specifications under PPRA E Tendering System through EPADS - procurement conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Regulations 2024 - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and submit electronic bids along with 5 percent earnest money in form of call deposit receipt and original submission before opening deadline - technical bids will be opened first and only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening - bids must be submitted electronically before deadline and incomplete or non compliant bids will be rejected Pro Tip Ensure submission of original CDR within specified time and compliance with EPADS submission requirements to maintain eligibility
