Buildings Tts Construction Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Construction and maintenance works including establishment of enforcement station renovation and repair of public sector college buildings and maintenance and repair of agriculture office buildings. Procurement follows item rate basis under PPRA e-tendering system requiring submission of bids through EPADS. Bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR is mandatory with submission of original before opening. Successful bidder must provide performance guarantee of 10 percent. Detailed BOQs and DNIT must be fully completed for responsiveness. Pro Tip: Ensure BOQ completeness and submit original CDR timely to avoid disqualification.
