Procurement of travel food lodging and entertainment services consisting of multiple service items under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 - Only electronic bids shall be accepted through BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System - Bidders must be registered with Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan - Eligibility requires three assignments of similar nature worth PKR 3 million each in previous three years cumulative turnover of at least PKR 10 million in three subsequent previous years active taxpayer status BRA registration and corporate office in Quetta - Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan - Single stage one envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted - Bid security of PKR 500000 in form of Deposit at Call is mandatory - Tender documents are available electronically through BPPRA portal - Electronic bids shall be opened through EPPS system.
