Supply of food items for hostel boarders of Government Secondary Institute for the Blind Girls, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore, for financial year 2026-2027 under a framework contract. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 5,000,000 and bid security is 5% of the estimated value, equivalent to Rs. 250,000. Eligible firms must be registered for Sales Tax and Income Tax and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded electronically. Bid security must be paid through an online 1Link transfer from a scheduled bank in the name of the Principal, Government Secondary Institute for the Blind Girls, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. The paid PSID slip must be uploaded in PDF format on E-PADS, and the original must be submitted before the closing time.
