Laundry Services For Blind Institute Boarders Tender Notice

Description

Provision of clothing-washing and laundry services for boarders of Government Secondary Institute for the Blind, Sheranwala Gate, Lahore, for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is PKR 1,000,000. Firms must be registered for sales tax, income tax and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tender documents are available free of charge through the Punjab e-Procurement portal or PPRA website. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically and provide bid security equal to 5% of the estimated value, payable through a PSID generated by the e-procurement system, with the supporting document uploaded in PDF format before the closing time. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 6 November 2026. Technical offers will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of the purchase committee and attending bidders or company representatives. Financial offers of only technically successful bidders will be opened later through the e-procurement system. Required documentation includes a certified CNIC, General Sales Tax registration, income tax registration and acceptance of the tender terms. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the total store value before supply through the prescribed PSID mechanism. Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes. Laundry services shall be provided at the relevant institution, and payment shall be made after physical and technical inspection, by cross cheque after applicable tax deductions and subject to fund availability. Transportation costs are the supplier's responsibility. Delays may result in penalties, forfeiture of security or cancellation of the supply order. An affidavit on stamp paper must confirm that the bidder is not disqualified, blacklisted, convicted or involved in a legal case with a government department and accepts the tender conditions. Defective, expired or substandard items, where applicable, must be replaced. The purchase committee reserves the right to reject all tenders under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended.
