Prequalification Of Laundry Service Providers Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of companies, firms, proprietors, importers, suppliers, indenters, service providers and manufacturers for laundry services for Bacha Khan Hospital. Applicants may seek prequalification in the laundry services category for a one-year period, renewable upon expiry. A separate application is required for each category. Application forms may be requested by email using the subject line Prequalification Form email. Completed forms with supporting documents must be delivered by courier, post or by hand to the hospital on or before 24 October 2026. Only prequalified vendors will be eligible to participate in the hospital tendering process and in-house purchases throughout the year. Prequalification does not guarantee any contract or purchase order.
