Outsourcing Of Contingency Laundry Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of laundry services in case of contingency for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers, distributors, partners or service providers in Pakistan registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. The estimated amount is Rs 2,994,950 and bid security is Rs 59,899 representing 2% of the estimated amount. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA 2014. Services shall be provided on DDP delivery terms. E-bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System and hard copies are not required. Bid security shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS, and physical financial instruments shall not be accepted. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. A pre-bid meeting shall be held at the Supply Chain Conference Hall.
