Description
Civil works including provision of sewerage lines drainage systems and PCC streets in multiple areas of Attock Cantt including Muhalla Noor Al Islam Younas Street Khoi Street Qadeemi Masjid Street Madrassa Haqani Qazi Madrassa Street and Mandar Street - Procurement shall be conducted through E-PAD using single stage one envelope procedure under PPRA Rules - Contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in appropriate category - Electronic tenders only shall be accepted - Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of original call deposit is mandatory - Tender validity shall remain for minimum 60 days - Lowest bidder may be required to deposit additional 10 percent standing security - Conditional or incomplete tenders shall not be accepted - Rates shall be based on MES Schedule of Rates 2021 amended up to date - Work execution is subject to availability of funds and grant approval.
