Procurement of Corporate Giveaways for Card Customers under Tender No. CD-19658-MS - Supply of Quick Oil Change Canopies at PSO Retail Outlets for Central Zone under Tender No. LM-19659-AS - Supply of Quick Oil Change Canopies at PSO Retail Outlets for North Zone under Tender No. LM-19660-AS - Annual Contract for Supply of Sweet Water at Keamari Terminal KTA KTB KTC ZOT and PSO House under Tender No. OP-A4874-MS - Sealed E-Bids are invited through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors having adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities - Tender documents shall be available through SAP Ariba Portal only - Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall apply for Tender No. CD-19658-MS LM-19659-AS and LM-19660-AS - Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure shall apply for Tender No. OP-A4874-MS - Valid PEC Certificate Category C-5 or above with relevant specialization is mandatory for participation in Tender No. LM-19659-AS and LM-19660-AS - Interested bidders must upload signed and stamped request letter on official letterhead through SAP Ariba Portal mentioning Tender Documents Collection Request with tender number - Request must include NTN GST or PST certificates CNIC of owner or authorized representative and vendor must be active taxpayer - Bid documents collection through SAP Ariba shall remain available from 06-05-2026 to 21-05-2026 between 08:30 AM to 02:15 PM - Bids shall be submitted through SAP Ariba by 21-05-2026 till 02:15 PM and bids shall be opened on same day from 03:00 PM onwards - Commercial bid opening date for technically qualified bidders under two envelope procedure shall be communicated later - Vendors not having Ariba Network ID must register on SAP Ariba Portal before participation - Procuring agency may update changes on PSO and PPRA websites.
