Supply Of Event Equipment And Temporary Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Supply of durable goods including tent canopies, fancy tent canopies, kanats, 50 KVA generators, 25 KVA generators, complete sound systems, air coolers, foam chairs, tables with covers, stage tables, 50-inch LCDs, search lights, mist fans, AC chillers, fancy deras, carpets, simple chairs, tanks, VIP curtains, sofa seating, pedestal fans, shamianas, printed plastic bags, portable washrooms, flex printing and glass rostrums for departmental use during the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical proposals must include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost and successful bidders shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee. Rates shall remain valid until 30th June 2027 and items shall be supplied on an as-required basis.
