Hiring Of Event Management Company Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework Contract for Hiring an Event Management Company under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. E-Tenders are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System from firms, companies and suppliers registered for NTN, GST and PST. The procurement shall use the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Separate technical and financial e-bids, duly signed, stamped and complete in conformity with the e-Tender Document or RFP, must be submitted online. The Technical e-bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Original bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft or CDR, together with the prescribed non-judicial e-stamp paper of Rs. 1,000 or above, must accompany the submission. Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax registration certificates and other documents specified in the RFP must accompany the bids, and taxes will be deducted according to Government Rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
