Hiring Of Event Management Services For Regional Conference Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of event management services for planning, execution and management of a one-day regional conference and regional level project competition including conference day event management, event promotion and media coverage, branding and printing, refreshments and lunch, logistics and accommodation for students, presenters, participants, moderators and panel members, and content writing and printing of conference proceedings. Eligible firms, companies and joint ventures registered with relevant tax authorities may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security amounting to Rs. 140,970 equal to 3% of the estimated amount is mandatory. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 13th August 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day.
