Description
Procurement of 15 kV XLPE Power Cable unarmoured 240mm2 500MCM Single Core under ICB Tender No. IESCO/MM/Goods/ICB-03/2025-26 including Lot-I quantity 500 Km and Lot-II quantity 500 Km for IESCO Regional Store Islamabad - Material shall conform to specification P 29:2010 amended to date - Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS v2.0 using Single Stage Two Envelope International Competitive Bidding procedure - Only E-bids shall be accepted through https://vendors.epads.gov.pk - Bid bond amount for each lot shall be PKR 37 million - Prices shall remain firm and final without involving foreign exchange - Bid validity shall remain for 60 days - Original bid security in shape of Bank Guarantee or CDR issued by scheduled bank having A plus rating or above valid for 90 days shall be submitted before bid closing time in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad - Foreign bidders shall submit bid security through swift via Pakistani banks and import duties and taxes shall be loaded for evaluation purpose - Tender shall be received on 08-06-2026 up to 10:30 AM and opened on same day at 11:00 AM at Office of Chief Engineer Material Management IESCO Head Office G-7/4 Street No.40 Islamabad in presence of bidders or authorized representatives - Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids before acceptance - In case of holiday or office closure bids shall be opened on next working day at same time and venue.
