Procurement of outfitter items for Winter and Summer Season for resident children and boys of PBM Sweet Homes functioning at various districts of Punjab - Procurement is open to original manufacturers authorized distributors suppliers contractors and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments - Standard Bidding Documents containing detailed specifications terms and conditions and requirements are available on EPADS PPRA and PBM websites - Electronic bids must be submitted through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by 25-05-2026 at 10:30 AM - Manual bids shall not be accepted - Bid security in shape of CDR or Pay Order refundable and interest free shall be submitted lot wise in favor of Director PBM Regional Office Lahore amounting to PKR 400000 for Lot No.1 PKR 400000 for Lot No.2 and PKR 100000 for Lot No.3 - Technical bids shall be opened on same day at 11:00 AM in presence of bidders or representatives - Financial bid opening date shall be communicated later to technically qualified bidders - Successful bidder firms shall supply goods at approved rates including all applicable taxes at designated places after committee inspection - Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: Submit separate bid security instruments for each lot and ensure all EPADS bid documents are complete.
