Procurement of students uniforms for boys and girls for summer and winter seasons for the current financial year, including boys white shirts with department monogram, Malatia gray pants, black belt, black shoes of quality at least equal to Bata or Service, black socks, white vest or bunyan, navy blue tie with golden stripes and navy blue jersey, and girls navy blue Qameez or shirt with department monogram, white Shalwar and Dupatta, black shoes of quality at least equal to Bata or Service, black socks, white Slip or Shameez, white Shalwar and maroon jersey. The tentative estimated procurement cost is Rs. 1,300,000 and bid security is 5%, amounting to Rs. 65,000. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers must be registered with PPRA, relevant registration authorities and tax departments and maintain active taxpayer status. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be paid through the online PSID generated for the bidder before opening of the technical proposal. Uniform measurements and sizing are to be carried out by the successful bidder, and supplies must be packed and tagged with student name and class on free delivery to consignee basis. Samples are mandatory on the bid opening day and supplied items are subject to laboratory testing or assessment. The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance or bank guarantee through the prescribed online PSID before issuance of the supply order.
