Procurement of summer and winter uniforms for approximately 89 enrolled students, including boys uniform comprising white shirt with department monogram, Malatia gray pant, black belt, black shoes, black socks, white vest or bunyan, navy blue tie with golden stripes and navy blue jersey, and girls uniform comprising navy blue qameez or shirt with department monogram, shalwar, white dupatta or sash, black shoes, black socks, white slipi shameez, shawal and maroon jersey. Tentative estimated procurement cost is Rs. 1,300,000 and bid security is 3 percent amounting to Rs. 39,000 through Digital Bank Guarantee or online bank transfer against the generated PSID. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers must be registered with PPRA and relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidding follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Rates must include applicable taxes and individual student measurements and sizing shall be carried out by the successful bidder. Uniforms must be supplied in tagged packets with student name and class on a free-delivery basis. Samples of all kit items are mandatory on bid opening and supplied items are subject to laboratory testing or assessment, with testing charges borne by the supplier.
