Procurement of uniforms for approximately 205 enrolled boys and girls for summer and winter seasons for Financial Year 2026-27, including boys shirts with department monogram, Malatia gray pants, black belts, black shoes of at least Bata or Service quality, black socks, white vest or bunyan and navy-blue jersey with golden stripes, and girls navy-blue shirts or qameez with department monogram, white shalwar and dupatta, black shoes, black socks, white slip or shameez, and maroon shawl and jersey. The tentative procurement cost is Rs. 2,500,000 and bid security is Rs. 125,000 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with PPRA, relevant registration authorities and applicable tax departments may participate. Bidding shall follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure through EPADS. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically, with the technical bids opening on 30-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bid security in the form of CDR, demand draft or pay order from a scheduled bank must reach the office before opening of the technical proposal. Rates must include applicable taxes and be quoted in Pakistani Rupees. The successful bidder must take individual student measurements and supply tagged uniform packets on free-delivery-to-consignee basis. Samples must be provided on the bid-opening day, and supplied items are subject to laboratory testing or assessment. A performance guarantee of 10% of the successful bidding price is required before issuance of the supply order. The procurement concerns student uniforms, school clothing, winter uniforms, summer uniforms, boys clothing and girls clothing for special education students.
