Procurement Of Uniform Items For Special Students Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 432 uniforms comprising 291 boys and 141 girls uniforms and 288 pairs of shoes comprising 194 boys and 94 girls shoes, with one winter uniform and two summer uniforms per student, for Financial Year 2026-27. Firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax are eligible. Procurement follows Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid security is 2%, amounting to PKR 30,000, and must be submitted through the prescribed digital Bid Security mechanism using 1Link, PSID or Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Successful bidder must deposit 10% performance guarantee through the prescribed digital mechanism and execute a formal contract agreement. Rates must be in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of applicable duties, levies and taxes.
