Uniform Items For Special Students Kamalia Tender Notice

Government Special Education Centre Kamalia, District Toba Tek Singh, invites e-bids from firms registered with Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax for provision of uniform items for special students during FY 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 2,500,000 and bid security is 5%, amounting to PKR 125,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System by 21 September 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Only e-PADS registered suppliers are eligible, and the bid security must be submitted or transferred online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, while taxes will be deducted according to government rules. The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance guarantee and sign a formal contract before issuance of the supply order. Bid validity is six months from publication of the bid evaluation report.
