Procurement of Farm Inputs and Chemicals under Framework Contract Tender No. 03ROCSIP26 including Lot No. 01 Farm Inputs comprising Fertilizer 05 items Micro Nutrients 03 items Insecticides 14 items with estimated cost PKR 6.000 Million and bid security PKR 300000 and Lot No. 02 Chemicals comprising Specific Utility Chemicals 59 items and General Utility Chemicals 86 items with estimated cost PKR 3.940 Million and bid security PKR 197000 - Procurement is open to bidders having valid NTN STRN Punjab Sales Tax Registration where applicable and active taxpayer status - Detailed bidding documents specifications eligibility criteria and terms and conditions are available on E-PADS Agri Punjab and PPRA Punjab websites - Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 shall apply - Bids accompanied by scanned copy of bid security in shape of Bank Draft Call Deposit Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque in favor of Chief Scientist Citrus Research Institute Sargodha must be uploaded on EPADS by 18-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and original bid security must be delivered in sealed envelope before deadline - Bids shall be publicly opened through EPADS on same day at 11:30 AM at committee room of Citrus Research Institute Sargodha - Bidders may apply for selective lots or all lots but must quote for entire quantity of items in each lot - Conditional or incomplete bids shall not be accepted and no price negotiations shall be allowed - Procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Quote complete quantity for each selected lot and submit original bid security before bid opening.
