Auction Of Farm Produce And Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Public auction of farm produce and miscellaneous items including wheat straw, millet, maize, sorghum, linseed, canola, white chickpea, black chickpea, paddy rice Kainat, sorghum Chari fodder, solar panels, VFD and iron stand scrap. The auction will be conducted on 13 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bidders must submit a valid CNIC and refundable security fee of Rs. 50,000 before the auction. Advance tax at 10 percent for filers and 20 percent for non-filers will be collected from the highest bidder on gross sale value. One-third of gross sale value is payable on the spot and the remaining amount and tax after competent authority approval. Items will be disposed of on an as-is, where-is basis. If cancelled or unsuccessful, the auction will be held on 20 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and, if the second auction is also unsuccessful, on 27 October 2026 at 10:00 AM.
