Hiring services of Courier Agency for Integrated Sample Transport from TB Basic Management Units BMUs and HIV ART centers to GeneXpert sites and HIV COBAS testing sites with packing material and own Application Portal Rider for Health along with other services for financial years 2025-26 and 2026-2027 - Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Rule 46(1a)(iii) Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure - Bidders must be well reputed Transport Logistic or Courier Agencies on Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB whichever applicable - Electronic bids only shall be accepted through EPADS and manual bids shall not be entertained - Interested bidders must register on EPADS supplier portal - Tender fee is PKR 5000 and fixed bid security shall be provided as required in tender documents - Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 22-05-2026 at 10:30 AM and bids shall be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in committee room office of Deputy Director General CDC Directorate General Health Services Sindh Hyderabad - Original instruments of tender fee and bid security must reach procuring agency before submission deadline - Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under SPP Rules 2010.
