Construction of an Office Room and a Seed Store at Cotton Research Station AARI Faisalabad with estimated cost PKR 4000000 and fixed bid security PKR 80000 - Procurement is open to vendors and firms registered with Sales and Income Tax Departments - Bids shall remain valid up to 30 June 2026 - Interested eligible bidders may download bidding documents free of cost from Cotton Research Station Faisalabad website with detailed specifications - Only competitive suppliers with sufficient experience shall be allowed to participate and supplier information regarding make and origin of products must be accurate - Electronic bids shall be submitted online through e-PADS by 18-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and tenders shall be opened on same day at 11:30 AM by Purchase Committee - Hard copies of e-bids are not required - Bid security in the name of undersigned is mandatory otherwise bid shall be rejected - Conditional incomplete or late tenders shall not be entertained - Procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rules and no price negotiations shall be allowed under Rule 57 - Payments shall be made after deduction of applicable taxes and disputes shall be resolved under PPRA Rules 67 and 68.
