Open auction for Car Parking Motor Cycle and Cycle Stand near Railway Station Quetta for a contractual period of one year with no further extension under approved site plan - Participants are required to bring Original CNIC Local Certificate NTN and original or attested copies of Bank Statement - Participation bid security performance guarantee amounting to PKR 300000 refundable adjustable basis in shape of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of DAO Pakistan Railways Quetta is mandatory - Successful bidder shall deposit 30 percent advance of offered bid within 15 days from auction date and remaining 70 percent in 10 equal monthly installments by 5th of each contractual month after issuance of work order acceptance letter - Successful bidder shall also deposit security amount of PKR 300000 which shall remain with Pakistan Railways till completion of contractual period - Application forms can be obtained from Commercial Branch PR Divisional Office Quetta up to 26-05-2026 before 12:00 Hours against non refundable fee of PKR 10000 - No application shall be accepted on date of auction - Affidavit on stamp paper of PKR 100 confirming non blacklisting by any government or procurement agency is mandatory - Auction location comprises land area measuring 15990 square feet near Railway Station Building Quetta and auction shall be conducted at DS Office Quetta on 27-05-2026.
