Public Auction Of Scrap And Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Public auction notice for disposal and auction of miscellaneous items through open bidding as per approved schedule at Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital Gujrat. Interested participants are required to obtain auction documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.2000 and submit call deposit of Rs.20000 as security along with required documents for participation in the auction process. Auction documents may be purchased up to 30-05-2026 till 03:00 PM and completed documents must be submitted by 01-06-2026 till 09:00 AM. Auction proceedings shall be held on 01-06-2026 at 11:30 AM and in case auction is not completed on the scheduled date, re-auction shall be conducted on 03-06-2026 at 11:30 AM. Successful bidder shall be considered approved after issuance of notification. Detailed specifications and terms and conditions are available in the auction form obtainable from the office after publication of the advertisement.
