Rehabilitation of Road from Bhopri Chowk to Waghal Tehsil Kotli Sattian District Murree with estimated cost PKR 140.580 Million and bid security PKR 7029000 under TS No CE North PLGB TS(01DCP)2026 dated 20-02-2026 - Rehabilitation of Road Tanglarian Anwali UC Santh Sarola Tehsil Kotli Sattian District Murree with estimated cost PKR 102.096 Million and bid security PKR 5104800 under TS No CE North PLGB TS(02DCP)2026 dated 20-02-2026 - Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 - Contractors firms having relevant PEC registration for financial year 2025-2026 and relevant work experience may participate - Bid documents shall be submitted on EPADS up to 21-05-2026 till 11:00 AM and Technical Bids shall be opened same day at 02:00 PM - Original 5 percent CDR must reach office before 02:00 PM - Financial bids of technically qualified bidders only shall be opened later - Additional performance guarantee shall apply where quoted rates are more than 5 percent below estimated cost.
