Printing And Distribution Of Consumer Billing Forms Tender Notice
Description
Supply of printed A-5 bill forms with data printing distribution of consumer bills acknowledgment services and geo location tagging for Water and Sanitation Agency Hafizabad. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab PPRA e-PADS system only in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders must submit electronic bids in PDF format through e-PADS along with bid security amounting to Rs. 461160 equal to 5% of estimated cost in form of CDR Bank Guarantee Pay Order Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque. Original bid security must be submitted physically before bid opening time. Firms must possess relevant experience and mandatory registration with SECP FBR and PRA along with NTN and PRA certificates for financial year 2025-26. Conditional bids postal submissions and corrupt unreadable or virus affected files shall be rejected. Bid validity shall remain for 120 days.
