Supply Printed Bill Forms Data Distribution Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of printed A-5 bill forms with data printing and distribution of consumer bills with acknowledgment and geo location tagging through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested firms and consultants approved and registered by PPRA Government of Punjab are eligible to participate. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available on E-PADS. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS and hard copy submissions shall not be accepted. Bid security amounting to PKR 461160 equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Pay Order Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque is mandatory in soft and original form before bid opening otherwise bid shall be rejected. Corrupt unreadable virus infected or conditional bids shall be rejected. Registration with SECP FBR and PRA and relevant field experience are mandatory. Bid validity shall remain for 120 days.
