Registration Of Vendors For Medicines And Surgical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Registration of fresh new vendors for supply of drugs medicines surgical disposables medical devices goods and imported multinational healthcare products on day to day basis through Online Automated Local Purchase LPDD system deployed by Punjab Information Technology Board. Vendors must possess licensed operational pharmacy within maximum 10 kilometer radius of the hospital and maintain active taxpayer status with E-PADS registration. Procurement includes medicines surgical disposables and medical devices for year 2025-26 with validity up to 30-09-2026. Interested bidders must submit electronic bids through Punjab e-PADS along with performance guarantee of Rs. 50000 in shape of Bank Draft Bank Guarantee CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Banker's Cheque in favour of Medical Superintendent Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore. Hard copies of bids are not required while corrupted unreadable or virus affected e-bids shall be rejected. Procuring agency reserves right to accept or reject bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
