Electrical Installations Upgradation Maintenance Works Tender Notice
Description
Improvement and upgradation of electrical and mechanical installations at residential colonies enquiry offices and federal lodges located in Karachi Lahore and Peshawar including remaining and additional E/M works at Federal Lodge Chamba House Lahore and Federal Lodge Peshawar Shami Road. Procurement is invited through single stage single envelope procedure on item rate basis under Pak PWD Schedule of Rates 2022 and market rates. Contractors must possess active taxpayer status valid electrical licenses for relevant regions and Pakistan Engineering Council registration with specialized codes EE02 EE04 EE11 ME01 ME06 and ME07 in required categories. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS v2.0 along with original bid security in shape of CDR Banker's Cheque or Pay Order. Firms must provide documentary evidence of at least three E/M works completed during last three years.
